Your Role:

As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll support the Store Manager in leading a large and energetic team. You’ll help set the tone on the shop floor; balancing the demands of stock flow, rostering and operations with a focus on creating a personal, one-on-one customer experience. This role isn’t just about keeping the store running. It’s about helping build a culture where the team feels supported, customers feel valued and the outlet delivers on its reputation as one of the brand’s top performers.




What You'll Get Up To:

• Supporting and motivating a large team, making sure staff feel supported and perform at their best.
• Assisting with recruitment and onboarding for peak periods, keeping the store ready for high traffic.
• Help manage stock flow and presentation so the store always looks polished and premium.
• Deliver a personal, one-on-one service experience for every customer.
• Creating energy around seasonal launches and new product drops to keep the team and customers engaged.
• Supporting a positive culture where the team feels proud, supported and excited to achieve results.

A Little About You:

• A proven retail leader who has thrived in outlets or large flagship stores where pace, pressure and high foot traffic are the norm.
• Confident assisting with big stock volumes, rostering for large teams and keeping compliance tight while the store stays premium and polished.
• A people-focused manager who can support the Store Manager, coach performance and help build succession while keeping morale high.
• Customer-obsessed, able to deliver personal, one-on-one service even in a fast-moving outlet environment.
• Resilient, organised and hands-on, ready to help manage one of the most important stores in the country.
